Last updated 16 October 2026. Modkit builds Shopify apps. We collect as little as we can.

This website

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the store URL you give us (optional), the time and your country (from our host). We use it only to tell you when a mod ships. We may use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to count visits.

Our Shopify apps

• Apps read and write product and inventory data you ask them to change, and keep a change log so you can undo.
• We do not store customer personal data. We respond to Shopify's GDPR webhooks and delete shop data within 48 hours of uninstall.
• AI features send the instruction you type and product fields needed to plan the edit to our AI provider. They are not used to train models.
